Grievance Procedure

Prairie State is committed to providing clients with high quality legal services, and to being accountable to the communities we serve. Towards those ends, we maintain a Client Grievance Procedure.

This Grievance Procedure is available if:

• You are denied legal assistance from Prairie State and you do not agree with that decision, or
• You are dissatisfied with the manner or quality of legal assistance being provided to you.
