Iroquois County Expungement/Sealing Summit
For adult Iroquois County Criminal Records
Limited to first 50 Pre-Registered Applicants

Free to qualifying applicants at 200% of the federal poverty level (additional qualifications required) with Iroquois County Criminal Records.

(Registration hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday)
Approved applicants will receive assistance to secure ISP records, prepare petition(s) for expungement and/or sealing eligible records, file the petition with the court, and secure a hearing date. Those with drug convictions must secure a clean drug test within 30 days of filing the petition to qualify for sealing.
Potential employers will be available to accept applications from summit participants.
